CHAT  COUNSELLING

 Chat counselling can be a practical for an interactive and immediate dialogue  for people some distance away, who may not wish to talk openly.  It’s also a more anonymous service but can also be a first step towards face to face counselling.

ON-LINE CHAT  COUNSELLING COSTS AND PROCESS

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
This service uses Yahoo Messenger. Click here to sign up if you don’t already have it installed.

1. Chat counselling sessions are £50 for an hour session, available from 8am until 6:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8am until Midday on Friday. Some limited Saturday morning appointments can be made available. 

2. Payment for On-Line Chat counselling can be made on-line with your credit or debit card through PayPal ( a secure money transfer system that protects your financial details).

3. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully, then if you find them acceptable, please book your appointment with me by phone on 01793 539991 or by emailing me at alex@alexcoppock-bunce.com. At the time of booking I will give you my Yahoo username or you can use my email address to find me on Yahoo.

4. When you have booked your appointment & accepted the terms and conditions  then please pay using PayPal which will also be a confirmation of your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Payment will need to be processed before the start of your session time.

6. Please note, I do not offer telephone counselling for children or young people under the age of 18 years.

7.  As with face-to-face counselling, if you need to change or cancel a session, please let me know as soon as possible. If you need to change your appointment, I’ll do my best to offer you an alternative but failure to keep an appointment or sessions cancelled at less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.

8.  Please add me as a contact and invite me to chat with you at the appointed time, using Yahoo Messenger and using my email address (alex@alexcoppock-bunce.com). I will be on-line, awaiting your invitation to chat at the designated time (unless otherwise notified).

Chat Counselling Service -Terms and Conditions

It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before booking and paying for the Chat counselling service.

1. Booking a chat counselling session:  Users of this  counselling service must be over 18 years of age & a UK resident.

Please note, this service is not for people with diagnosed mental health problems who are receiving treatment from their doctor.

Your chat session must be booked before payment is made.

2. Confidentiality: The content of your chat counselling session will be kept confidential unless 

You, or a third party is at serious risk of harm
If I am legally required to do so
In the event of your expressed desire and written permission to do so.

This service is as confidential and safe as I can make it. You do not have to give your actual name, address, or other identifying details (except for a return email address and a phone number in case of chat  difficulties).

3. Payment: Payment for your chat counselling session must be made in advance on line via PayPal and prior to the appointment. Payment is confirmation of your chat  counselling appointment & acceptance of the terms and conditions.

4. Appointment changes:  If you need to change your appointment time or cancel your arranged appointment, please contact me as soon as possible on 01793 539991 as cancellation and admin fees will apply.

No refund will be given when a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.

A £5 administration fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment.

5. Making the on line chat Call: It is your responsibility to make your call to me for your chat counselling session on time.
