With more than 30 years experience in project management, procurement, the regulatory environment and business analysis in the Civil Service & Corporate Sector, I am familiar with the stress and strain of modern life and the need to juggle priorities.

Hypnotherapy and counselling has been found to be of significant help in attaining all areas of life, and both BUPA & the NHS now regularly refer patients to qualified hypnotherapists and counsellors as an alternative to conventional drug treatment.
