TELEPHONE COUNSELLING
Telephone counselling is available as a practical alternative for people in different locations who are unable to
visit and have face to face therapy.
Each telephone session starts and finishes on time and lasts for an hour. Further sessions can be arranged
at the end of the session.
TELEPHONE COUNSELLING COSTS AND PROCESS:
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
1. Telephone counselling charges are £50 per
session available from 8 am until 6:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 8am until midday on Friday.
Some limited Saturday morning appointments can be made available.
2. Payment for telephone counselling can be made online with your credit or debit
card through PayPal (a secure money transfer system, that protects your financial details).
3. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully, then if you find them
acceptable, book your appointment with me by phone on 01793 539991 or by emailing me at
alex@alexcoppock-bunce.com.
4. When you have booked your appointment then
please pay using PayPal which will be confirmation of your acceptance of the terms and conditions and of your
appointment having been booked. Payment will need to be processed before the start of your session time.
6. Please note, I do not offer telephone counselling for children or young people under the age of
18 years.
7. As with face-to-face counselling, if you need to change or cancel a session, please
let me know as soon as possible. If you need to change your appointment, I’ll do my best to offer you an
alternative but failure to keep an appointment or sessions cancelled at less than 48 hours notice will be charged
at the full rate.

Can I use Skype?
Yes
Who pays for the call?
You will be responsible for making the call for your telephone counselling, you can use Skype if you have it- where
the calls are free and which can be downloaded to your PC for free.
What if I need to break off part way thorough a counselling session?
It is your responsibility to arrange your session so that you are free to get the best from it. No refunds can be
given for sessions terminated early, or started late by the client.
Telephone Counselling Service -Terms and Conditions
It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully
before booking and paying for the telephone counselling service.
1. Booking a telephone counselling session: Users of this Telephone Counselling
service must be over 18 years of age & a UK resident.
Please note, this service is not for people with diagnosed mental health problems who are receiving treatment
from their doctor.
Your telephone session must be booked before payment is made.
2. Confidentiality: The content of your telephone counselling session will be kept
confidential, the exceptions to this being:
If you, or a third party is at serious risk of harm
If I am legally required to do so
In the event of your expressed desire and written permission to do so.
3. Payment: Payment for your telephone counselling session must be made in advance and
prior to the appointment via Paypal.
Payment is confirmation of your telephone counselling appointment and of acceptance of the terms and
conditions.
4. Appointment changes: If you need to change your appointment time or cancel your
arranged appointment, please contact me as soon as possible on 01793 539991 as cancellation and admin fees
apply.
No refund will be given when a cancellation is made less than 48hours prior to the appointment.
A £5 administration fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the
appointment.
5. Making the Call: It is your responsibility to make your call to me for your telephone
counselling session on time. It is your responsibility when booking your appointment, to make a note of the number
you will be required to call for your session.
