No-one can be hypnotised to be thin any more than they can be hypnotised to change their height but hypnotherapy
can reinforce your self belief, goals and self esteem whilst working through any weight loss programme.
We'll look at your current habits and the reasons why you may eat when you do and alter some of these to make a
lasting difference. There are many different reasons why we may overeat or have eating disorders, most of which are
emotional.
You will be using subconscious as well cognitive processes to reach your goal. Every part of your mind and body
will be pulling in the same direction to achieve weight loss. If you like the idea of eliminating certain foods
from your diet, I can use aversion therapy to make you dislike certain foods and associate them with unpleasant
tastes or textures or emotions.
Your commitment is necessary to make a difference- change is needed and we may carry out a quiz to see if you
really feel ready to take on the challenge of changing your life and your health for the better.
