Hypnotherapy and counselling sessions (approximately one hour): £50

No Smoking: usually completed within either one (minimum 2 hour) or two hourly sessions : £ 150.

Tailored Relaxation/de-stress session: £50

General Relaxation CDs : £10

Reiki : £25.00 per session
